Goldsaat drying technology
Efficient. Sustainable. Future-oriented.
Trust in the expertise of Goldsaat – your partner for innovative drying systems for grain, corn, rice, oilseeds and other raw materials. For decades, we have been setting standards in agricultural drying, combining maximum efficiency with state-of-the-art ecological practices and durable technology.
Our modular drying systems offer customized solutions with throughputs from 5 to 200 tons per hour. With intelligent controls, innovative heat recovery, and sophisticated warm air drying, we ensure energy-efficient, gentle, and uniform drying – for maximum quality with minimal energy consumption.
Our dryer types:
Circulating dryer (GKT-V-UL)
Goldsaat recirculating dryers are characterized by particularly uniform drying and good energy efficiency. The thermal stress on the grains is reduced by the continuous mixing of the material, so that the temperature of the dryer air can be higher than in static drying.
This type of dryer is equally suitable for grains, rice, corn, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, peas and beans.
Continuous dryer (GKT-V)
Our continuous flow dryers (also called roof shaft dryers) are capable of gently drying almost any type of grain. But they can do so much more.
Whether it's rice, legumes, oilseeds, or even coffee or cocoa, we adapt your dryer to your requirements.
Flat dryer (GUF)
Our flatbed dryer offers a high-performance alternative to conventional continuous dryers – ideal for products with poor flow properties and delicate materials. The goldsaat universal dryer (GUF) impresses with its uniform, gentle drying process and a wide range of applications – all while maintaining an economical design.
Whether cotton, acorns, carob, wood chips, oilseeds, bell peppers, granules, grain, rapeseed, corn, tea or wood chips – the GUF offers optimal drying conditions for a wide variety of requirements.

The trapezoidal profiles with a high-quality plastic coating protect against changing weather conditions and mechanical damage. Custom colors and special insulation to prevent heat loss and reduce noise levels are also available.
Fans
Goldsaat uses only high-performance fans in its dryer construction, with efficiencies well over 80%. The special design of the impellers and the unique construction of the housing spiral result in excellent aerodynamic performance. Above all, the optimized airflow at the deflection point and the reduction of gap losses ensure ideal fan utilization.
Hot air generator
Modern Goldsaat hot air generators and the blower burners used are low-maintenance and reliable. They operate safely and automatically. In indirect hot air generators, the process air is passed over the heated exchange surfaces in counter-current and parallel flow for heating.
The flue gases must be vented via a chimney. Hot air generators are cost-effective and operate with very high combustion efficiencies of over 92%. In direct hot air generators, the flue gases are mixed with the process air and passed through the material to be dried. Advantages include rapid heating and energy efficiency of up to 100%. However, there are limitations regarding their application (e.g., bread grains!).
Goldsaat equips its hot air generators with a conversion device for direct/indirect heating upon request. This allows corn to be dried directly and grain indirectly. The hot air can also be generated using steam or hot water heat exchangers, which can be supplied, for example, by a district heating plant. Gas-fired surface burners, which are installed in the dryer's hot air hoods, are also available.
